At SKINDA Clinic Ginza, we provide cultured stem cell therapy — previously difficult to offer in Korea —
with formal notification to Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
About Autologous Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy
SKINDA Clinic Ginza provides cultured autologous adipose-derived stem cell therapy, which is difficult to offer under Korea’s regulations, within the supervisory framework of Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
In accordance with Japan’s Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine, our clinic has submitted a Class II regenerative medicine provision plan to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and has been assigned plan numbers.
- Plan: Treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain by intravenous administration of autologous adipose-derived stem cells (ASC)
- Plan number: PB3250282
- Plan: Subcutaneous tissue regeneration by local administration of autologous adipose-derived stem cells (ASC)
- Plan number: PB3260128
We strictly follow legal standards and safety management, and cells are cultured and processed at a CPC (Cell Processing Center) operating under Japanese government supervision.
What Are Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC)?
Our bodies contain cells that can multiply and differentiate on their own to replenish damaged tissue. These are called stem cells.
Among them, mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are known to have
- self-renewal capacity
- the ability to differentiate into various cell types
- immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects
.
Sources of mesenchymal stem cells include
- bone marrow
- adipose (fat) tissue
- umbilical cord
and others.
Of these, autologous adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ASC) are relatively easy to harvest, highly safe and widely applicable in clinical practice, making them the most actively used cells in regenerative medicine today.

Expected Effects (based on reports and research)
Autologous adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells have been reported to have anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and tissue-regenerating effects, and the following changes may be expected.
- Relief of chronic pain
- Reduced systemic inflammation
- Less fatigue and improved overall condition
- Better tissue recovery
- Potential improvement in age-related decline in function
- Potential improvement in declining male/female function
* Results vary depending on the individual, and not all patients will experience the same results.
* This treatment is intended to treat disease and improve symptoms; it does not guarantee anti-aging or rejuvenation.

Treatment Flow
■ First visit
At your first visit, we harvest in one session the fat to be used for the following six treatments.
Visit → Consultation → Fat harvesting
- After harvesting, you book your preferred date for stem cell administration, 12 weeks or later.
- The booked administration date can be changed up to 5 weeks in advance.
- On the scheduled date, the cells are administered by IV drip over about 2 hours.
■ From the second treatment
- Please let us know your preferred date in advance by phone or message.
- Culturing the stem cells takes about 5 weeks.
- On the scheduled date, administration by IV drip takes about 2 hours.
